I'm not entirely sure what you want to do, but in your photo, the blue and white are apparently the power line to a radio (is there a black wire in there somewhere?), the two double clear wires run directly to the speakers in the front of the TM, and of course the plug goes into the back of the radio and brings the antenna signal to the radio. The TM wiring diagram shows that the +12 volt line to the radio should be black, but changes in details were common.

So if you mount a radio in the spot above the refrigerator, you would connect its audio outputs to the speakers on the double clear wires in your photo. Then you would plug the TV's audio output to the AUX IN port on the radio's front panel. When you turn the radio ON, and switch the radio to AUX, the TV audio would come from the speakers.

I don't think bluetooth has any part in this, unless your TV has a bluetooth capability on its audio out, and your chosen radio can receive (connect to) bluetooth.

Hope this helps.
