After reading your post and viewing your pictures, I checked underneath our new 2720 that we picked up on Saturday morning. It is also a 2009. I found none of the problems that you displayed, to my relief. We camped out in our driveway for the past two nights, with temperatures down to the lower 30's. The furnace did a great job, all be it loud. Aside from having a hard time remembering all the directions and advice from our 3 and 1/2 hour orientation session, we have been very happy. We have cooked using the oven and stove top, used the toilet, stocked the refrigerator and generally enjoyed ourselves. Except for the comedy of errors backing into the driveway the first time, we are very satisfied.
