I am so sorry to hear that you are having issues. I can imagine how frustrating that can be. If there is anything that I can do to help out let me know. I have a fairly good relationship with Stan (the owner) and if you haven't spoken to him yet, it might help (A LOT).

I know that once you start using the TM you will be as hooked as I am, and I hope that the experience begins very soon!!
