Having been an executive secretary, I add my suggestion to your excellent one Leon.

Add the notation across the space to the left of the address: Personal.
This notifies the secretarial staff not to open the correspondence and to place it directly in the days correspondence as is. She is not to process it in any way. In this manner, she cannot screen out unwanted complaints, requests for information, spam, advertisements, etc.

I believe you can request a "signature required from adressee" through the post office with certain types of delivery. It may cost you a little more, but it may be worth it. Of course, you may need the actual street address of the factory, but a bit of sleuthing may reveal it.
