Seems to me there was a thread about this recently. You might scan down the titles, or use the Advanced Search to cover, say, the last three months.
I THINK you could install an under-trailer tire rack, straight from the factory, if you don't mind lying on your back and drilling some bolt holes in the frame. Check with Ed Lytle at the factory.
Finally, have you considered carrying your bikes on the tow vehicle, instead of on the TM? I use an Allen rack, and have been very pleased. Other members have other rack favorites, but if you do a Search on Allen, you should uncover quite a bit of info on all of them.
