Hi Dan,
We purchased the TM new at the RV Super Show in Tampa 2021. Another advantage of having the RV in the garage - easier to access for maintenance. Our driveway is "L" shaped with an incline so we purchased an RV/trailer mover to get the TM in/out of the garage - very easy. I wasn't opposed to buying used, just didn't see any used TM near us when we were looking. We already made the decision to buy a TM when we were house hunting and the first thing we did when looking at a house was measure the garage to make sure it would fit. I also enjoy DIY - if I can do it myself I will and this forum is a great resource.
