Yeah, those loose connectors in the back fridge compartment will do it every time.

Sorry to sound flippant, but a year or two back, I tinker in that small compartment and ended up pulling a wire off the cap and suddenly some light didn't work. I mentioned to a coworker and he asked what I tinkered with on the camper lately? It made me think and realize how easy it can be to cause a problem; not that you did here. I went back, found the disconnected wire reconnected it. Then resnugged all the caps again. If I'm near wire caps tinkering, I snug them all. Safe, not sorry. Glad you found the problem.
