fwiw, my daughter (32) says she could change the tire, but probably not as fast as I can. She has changed a tire before, but that was on a car.
I'm not sure my wife could change a tire on anything, but don't tell her I sad that.
In my case we had called AAA, but it was a Friday afternoon of a 3 day weekend between Sacramento and Reno. The estimated wait time for a tire change was 2 hours.
