I was assuming that the family members would borrow not only the TM, but the tow vehicle as well - the whole rig, in other words. I'm thinking it is unlikely that they will have a proper tow vehicle including brake controller, mirrors, 7-pin connector, and so forth, unless they also have a trailer already. And in that case, they don't need my TM.
If they have a complete towing setup, maybe the answer is different, but I'm still not sure. I love my brother, and he is a good and careful guy, but ...
