Sorry for the slow follow up, but we are all set to to pick up our baby tomorrow.

First, answering a few questions above: Yes, the 4wd store was where we had the hitch and the 4-pin wiring installed. After going down to look at the TM about a week later and realizing a 7-pin connector was needed, we ordered the Prodigy and wiring kit from eTrailer, and had the camper dealer install those ($160).

We got it into the Chrysler shop after being told by the camper dealer that the whole shebang needed "activating" with the Chrysler scan tool.

According to Chrysler, they had to put a couple relays in the fuse box under the hood, and then wave the magic ScanStar to make sure the computer recognized the wiring setup ($90 parts plus labor).

As for the heavy duty cooling, we were told it's well equipped with an extra transmission cooler, and one of the guys in the shop tows problem-free with the same model.

Whew! We're learning... TMs seem to be few and far between in our area, so wanting to snap this one up put us into a frenzy of preparation.

Now we can finally focus on getting it home safely tomorrow! Thank you, maybe we'll have some pics for next login.
