Its all about condition, condition, condition. Is almost impossible to rate an unseen TM for value. If the unit is in good condition meaning no leaks, all components are working satisfactory, no cosmetic issues, interior fabrics and upholstery are in good condition, the TM should bring anywhere from $3 to $4 thousand dollars. The unit is practically 20 years old but if still functional and in decent shape mechanically, then the value does tend to steady itself in this range. Any issues like exterior dents, water intrusion, bad tires, bad wheels & bearings, faulty AC, non working refrigerator, leaky or non functional bathroom will decrease the value rather quickly. The NADA guide suggests less than $2k value. But, in my opinion, the guide rates the TM on the low end historically for value.
