Is there any way to have a TrailManor with a Certificate of Destruction to be overturned once it has been fully cleaned and repaired and is fully functional? It had a stove fire and the only damage was to the stove and some smoke damage in the TM, but now there is no smoke smell (cushions and bedding were replaced) and everything works fine.
I live in FLorida and the title office says 'no'...but seems like there should be a way somehow so it can be "back on the road again"... Anyone have any answers for me?... Thanks!![/COLOR]
