I haven't the slightest idea what that is. However, like Rickst29, I am very concerned with the idea that the green wire won't be connected to anything. The black and white wires handle the power flow, but if anything goes wrong - like the frayed white wire in your earlier post - the green wire will save your life. Ignore it at your peril.
