Nice work! Just one comment. In your final photo, it looks like the nylock nut has been snugged up. This is not correct - they should be backed off a bit so that the bolt is loose in the track. Their purpose is simply to retain the bolt, preventing it from jumping out - not to secure it. With a bit of slack, everything can ride smoothly over any humps, bumps, and lumps. Actually, it looks like the bolt on the far side is missing?
