Lord, I HATE the new (I guess I should say 'latest' - they've been required for awhile now...) US gas cans and the obnoxious way you have to press down with the spout for it to open. It's virtually impossible to put gas in my mower with the new style cans, due to the angle required to engage the spout, etc. Luckily, I have several old style...
Looks like the Scepter was available on Amazon at one time - currently unavailable. Most likely due to the regulations here. Perhaps a military surplus store would have some?
