For what it's worth, you don't need to upgrade the axle (as long as you stay within weight limitations) OR install a lift kit OR use 15" wheels. You can get Load Range D tires in 14" size. Check out strainer.com. Tires come mounted on appropriate, for the higher pressure, wheels. Just have balanced and install them. About $120 each, delivered.
