The hitch weight is at least 400 pounds. The wheels are located at least 2/3 of the way back from the hitch to the rear end - in other words, there is twice as much length ahead of the pivot point (the wheels) as there is behind it. To me (an engineer) this means that to overcome the 400 pound hitch weight, you would need to add 800 pounds behind the wheels.
