I believe I have found a trailmanor for sale on craigslist that is using a fake escrow site. Some tools for checking these sites are

http://www.domaintools.com/ please be careful how you pay for a used trailmanor. The site I am referring to registered their domain name a few days before the posting appeared on craigslist and their server is listed in a middle east country. They also want payment sent to a bank in another country. The website looks amazing and is very believable. Because Trailmanors are hard to find it is easy to be taken advantage of. Remember if it sounds to good to be true it probably is.
