Default N300 Norcold selector switch issue.

So I posted about having issues with firing up my Norcold N300 on another thread. I have already gone through the following steps.

1. Pulled the ref. out of the camper to do a full refurbish
2. Replaced the burner
3. Replaced the thermocouple
4. Cleaned all contacts with contact cleaner and Drexel tool.
5. Sanded and repainted all coil parts.
6. Cleaned the flue.

After some verification with the multimeter my attention tuned to the selector switch. Has anyone taken this selector switch apart? It's actually easy to do. After disconnecting all of the wire connections there are two tabs that once released exposes the inner working of the selector switch. It's just simple copper contact tabs that are pressed down to complete a given circuit. The issue on mine seems to be when on propane the tabe is not getting pushed down all of the way and closing the circuit. I tried bending the tab with needle nose pliers which worked for one or two tries and keeps the flame but then flame goes out again. Problem is norcold discontinued the selector switch on the n300 units and can no longer get a replacement otherwise it would already be in.

Anyone have the same issue and fixed this?
