I had about two feet of # 8 copper wire that I bent into a hook over the wall and a loop at the bottom to hold the spray nozzle.

My previous mod (discussed elsewhere) was to put snap channel on the top of the walls and install a piece of heavy plastic to line the walls down into the tub so you don;t have to have the clingy shower curtain all the way around you.
