It won't help for total hands free showering, but to prevent having to bend up and down for the shower head and soap, my wife sewed a "loop" onto the shower curtain at shoulder level - she also sewed a "pocket" for the soap next to the loop. Loop holds the shower head (while using hands to lather soap) and the pocket holds the soap (while using shower head to rinse off) - works perfect - no more bending up and down for soap or shower head. Just remember to placed shower head on floor of tub when folding down.
