If it wasn’t blowing cold air and then started working properly immediately after cycling power, I don’t think it’s a dirty coils/airflow issue. Sounds electrical. Could be a failing start capacitor or run capacitor, or the 15 year old compressor is compressing its last compresses.

If you can get the shroud off the capacitors are easy enough to change but don’t touch them until you’ve read how to do it or you could get a nasty shock even if the trailer is unplugged.

If the compressor is in fact on its way out you’re looking at a new A/C unit.
