Yes, we had that problem. The screws were loose but didn't come completely out. We took the screws out, squirted some Gorilla glue into the holes, shoved some wooden matchsticks or toothpicks into the holes and reinstalled the screws. It's been at least a year and still holding. Don't tighted the screws too much; just get them snug.
By the way, do you have plans to attend the Appalachian TrailBlazer rally in Staunton VA, Oct 20 -23?
