As to setting off the alarm. I was using a can of compressed gas that I've used for my computer keyboard cleaning. I brought it to clean dust from a Mr. Heater buddy, and after a few seconds of usage, my Safe-T-Alert alarm went off. Shocked me and a camping buddy came over and asked what was wrong. After fanning some air with a towel at the panel the alarm shut off. Further reading on the can says it contains; difluoroethane. Who knew...or for that fact what that is either. Won't be using compressed air cans in the camper any more.
