With a lift kit you should be able to go to a 225x75R15 LRD but I used 205x75R15 LRD because mine doesn't. The LRD is important regardless. Also you will need at least 15x6" wheels, 15x5's are only rated for 1870 lbs. A 215 would be fine but I do not recall seeing one as a standard trailer tire.
ps a 195 sounds waaay too small for a 2720.
