As far as price, it appears to be fairly priced. A number of years ago, I bought a 1997 TM3326 for $6500. Sold it after three years for $8k. Made money.... Rare profit on any RV. Last year I bought a 2002 TM3124KB. The KB models are desirable to many due to the length wise sleeping arrangement with the KB. I paid $7500. It was in good condition, no leaks, all components and appliances were in working order. Awning was clean and functional. With the 1999 model your looking at, from what you know, is a decent value. Appears you've looked it over? Appliances are worth the asking price by themselves as long as they have been demonstrated by the seller as in working order.
