Oh yeah, I will definitely do that.
So far I have repainted the exterior, repainted frame, added new pinch trim, vent protector, replaced all vents and fixtures on exterior including new LED porch light, sealed all gaps and repainted the entire interior and trim, replaced door knob, replaced wall locks, installed toggle lock on door, cleaned all seal bags.
Next on the list;
Custom interior and upholstery, new Vinyl Plank flooring, new tile in Bath, wall paper, new stereo, Repainting counter tops, repaint all fixtures, LED Lighting, Bathroom update.

And oh yeah, that pesky top alignment issue.....
