Does the fuse blow even when the radio is turned off? Or only when you turn it on? If you pull the radio out of the panel and disconnect the wiring harness, does it still blow fuses? In the fuse panel of the converter box, is there a connection from the position of the fuse that blows to any other devices in addition to the radio? What is the value of the fuse that you are using when you replace the blown fuse?
