Another way to bolt it through the floor....... You could just cut a piece of 1/2" or 5/8" thick plywood to size and use 5" long 5/16" bolts & nuts and large flat washers (penny washers) on each side to go through the floor then screw the battery box down to the plywood (again, using penny washers). Put a piece of plastic cutting sheet between the batteries and the bottom of the battery box to protect against chafing on the screw heads.
