I will echo those sentiments. I recently was in the market for some TM-specific stuff, and she was very much a pleasure to deal with. Prompt to answer the phone, the stuff shipped (from the new South Dakota factory) as promised, and they were the right parts. She's staying in Nebraska, but she's obviously figured out how to work remotely, and so I hope they keep her on board!!
