Great fix that was Ed to overcome the problem with the bracket interference and I think you are right what you say about the chain length. It has been awhile since I installed my Anderson, but I seem to recall about the only 2 links shortening. I had to lengthen mine by one link to keep the brackets away from interference. Mine is a regular 2720 without the slideout.
Shane826, I started to have that noise problem too in the second year of towing. I don't hear it with regular driving and only get the groaning noise in tight turns. I think that is the anti sway sleeve in the head that causes this. I never bothered to call Anderson about this as it only happens when maneuvering the TM.
