The second number is usually the actual length when folded down (my 2720SL is 19'10" without swinging the hitch.

TM is being a bit creative in the first number, unfolded my cabin is actually about 24'. Think TM really means it is the equivalent of a 27' conventional trailer which would have about 3' of tongue in front of the cabin where the stone guard on my front module is within about a foot of the TV tailgate when unfolded (cannot open completely if the TM is open while hitched).

Also that "one extra gallon per 100 miles" is probably accurate if you cruise at 55 but not if running Florida turnpike speeds. That last run to south Florida was more like a gallon more per 100 km.
