Shane has nailed it. The toilet should absolutely not move. If it does, it has come loose from the floor somehow, and will continue to leak on the floor until the condition is fixed.

In the Trailmanor Technical Library (part of this forum), there are several articles covering the toilet. I have linked to two of them below. The first one is a bit basic , but will assure you that you have a fundamental understanding of the toilet and how to use it. The second will give you detailed instructions on how to remove and re-seat it.
