Easily sleep 6 with the dinette converted to a bed. The 3 way fridge works great as does the heater, water heater and fans. No leaks or other mechanical issues.
Both the black and gray water valves replaced a couple years ago.
Most of the lights converted to LED.
Dual propane tanks and dual 6V batteries (only a couple years old). Last outing of 10 days dry camping and the batteries held solid.
Brand new tires + new spare.
Awning in great condition - no tears.
