My wife Beth and I purchased a new Trailmanor 2020 model 2720qd from Prosser's RV in Wisconsin. We live in Michigan so we purchased it sight un seen and had it delivered to us last October. We recently had some issue that needed addressing. The Trailmanor factory provided us prompt customer service way beyond our expectations. Paul and his team at Trailmanor treated us like our camper was there camper. They truly are a breath of fresh air in the Travel trailer industry. In an industry where many companies often try to find a way to get out of helping you, Trailmanor cared and came through for us. More than ever, we are glad we purchased a Trailmanor.
