I suspect that BoatLife Life Caulk would do the trick. I've used it for years on sailboats or, for a permanent repair, 3M's 5200. Both are available in small tubes at any marine store or at westmarine.com. Either can be used above or below the waterline and retain some flexibility allowing for structural movement. - camp2canoe
