Default Electric slideout notes

Our TM, built in the South Dakota factory, has a power slide-out - and we love it. During our recent week camped in Colorado, a couple questions came up, and Jacob at the factory was kind enough to answer them for us.

Q1. The power slide in our 2020 2720QS is getting a bit noisy as it slides. It obviously needs to be lubed, but I’m not sure what lube to apply, or where to apply it. Can you help me?
A1. We use silicone spray lube. Extend the slide and give the track on the bottom of the slide a good spray.

Q2. In the event of a dead battery, blown fuse, or mechanical problem, can I release the drive mechanism and push/pull the slide manually, as was done in earlier trailers?
A2. You need to remove one 9/16 inch bolt. Crawl under the trailer and locate the slide motor towards the front of the trailer. Next to the motor is the bolt. Remove it, and pull the motor to the side. The slide will move without the motor.

Thanks, Jacob!
