1/2 ton pickups are more than adequate for TM's. The 4 wheel dr can be real handy too, especially in wilderness camping. I tow a 3023 with a 1500 Dodge Ram 4x4 with no problems. Only issue is the frame height of pickup is hard to match to TM's low frame profile.
