99.8% YES. The shorter wheel base may require a WD hitch to smooth things out a little. Also remember that SUVs are built mostly for town folk. PUs mostly ship with slightly lower rearends (those silly automakers still think of them as farm trucks). You might also consider a transmission and oil cooler for mt. driving.
