I added a lift kit to my 3326 with the intention of going to 15 inch tires. The local RV shop recommended against it. They said there was not enough clearance between the tires. The question now becomes: What is enough clearance?
From the Goodyear site:
ST215/75R14 diameter = 26.6",
ST225/75R15 diameter = 28.3",
1.7" difference.
I measured the space between the 14" tires on my 3326 = 2.8".
With 15 inch tires this space would be = 1.1".
Is this enough? What happens if one tire throws a tread?
