Ok I am having some difficulty in finding an answer to my question, so I thought I would turn it over to the forum EXPERTS

On the closed length dimensions (22 ft, or 24, etc) does that already include the length of the tongue? Or is the tongue an extra 2 feet? So like a 3124 TM is actually 26 feet?
Or in other words, if my garage is 22’4” from back wall to garage door, would it fit a 3124 TM? Meaning that if I had a sway tongue that “removes 2ft from length”, it would make the 3124 TM storage length actually 22 feet?
