brake adjustment problem
When adjusting the brakes, I followed directions and turned the star wheel teeth up (screwdriver handle toward the ground) until the tire was difficult to turn. Suddenly it seems to have seize up--can't turn the wheel at all and star adjustment wheel wont turn. Busted a couple knuckles trying to turn it!! Any ideas on what happened???
