I have several smart TVs and a ROKU device. Both require good wireless connectivity (works with about 75k baud but more is better). Also can connect to my Galaxy S5 with an HDMI cord.
Just be aware that HD movies can take up to 5GB of screaming data, SD movies are less than 1 GB.
