Thanks for the replies and the advice. I decided not to go for the trailer after talking to the dealer service person, and considering all of the other projects I currently have (addition on house, finishing basement). I will have to keep looking for one in better condition that I can afford.
This forum is a great resource, and I hope to be joining the TM family soon.
