Default Re:Trailmanor trouble spots?

Is that the one listed in RV trader, in Plant City?
I just bought the 2720SL in Pine Island Florida for 8,000. So I feel a "little" qualified in what to look for. Look for wood rot. In the doors and the interior supports. That is a big job. See if horizontal supports are broken on the inside. You can inspect this best when you first pull the trailer top up and don't slide the bottom out. You can pop your head inside in see the condition around the bottom edge. I was going to redo it anyway with carpet and fabrics on the walls, so I didn't want to pay for a new one with brand x taste and quality.
After that I would make sure that the electrical was okay and test pull the trailer to see how it rides. Make sure to test the electric brakes. Plumbing isn't all that complicated. If I had a car that would have pulled it I would have got that one, if the wood was okay. Of course I would have offered less. It is a lot of work repacing all that vinyl.
Hope that helps, let me know if you get it!
