Sleeps 6. Two full beds and dinette makes a bed. Stores in a home garage. Has been garage kept for all but 9 months. The other 9 months was under covered storage. Has full restroom and shower with Thetford toilet. AC works well. Sway bars included. Rear trailer hitch for tandem towing or cargo rack. All plumbing and electricity works. 3 range gas stove. Mini fridge w/freezer. 3 way combo microwave, convection oven and toaster. Dinette table includes extendable leaf. CD player and stereo system. Outside shower. Two propane tanks. Plenty of storage. Great for a starter camper or smaller tow vehicles. Easy to set up. Tags renewed through June 2020. Clean title in hand.
The cons:
• dead battery, for dry camping. (We always book electric sites)
• awning damaged in storm. (We use pop up canopy)
• one of nine light fixtures doesn't work. It's a dual light and just one of the two sides is out.
• thermostat for heater may need replaced. (It's either too hot or too cold. We usually use a space heater rather than the propane gas.)
