This method was pretty easy.

I used two pieces of sheet metal to form an interlocking pair of hooks. But if you are going to hang it over the bathroom wall, that is probably more elaborate than you need. A single piece, screwed to the back of the TV and bent at the top to go over the wall, should work well. The nice thing about the sheet metal is that it spreads out the load, rather than concentrating it into two small spots.
