Hmm. Interesting. On the right, the entry door side. I can't find any picture of a 3023 that shows anything at that location. It looks like a battery vent - what is the OD of the tube inside the compartment? The mystery to me is why the nice neat hole in the sidewall is cut so much bigger than the pipe that goes through it. How big is the hole?
Perhaps the owner installed extra batteries, perhaps for a solar power system, and this is the vent for the extra batteries? Any plugged screwholes on the outside of the roof, where panels would have been screwed down?
