Default Worked without spacer (barely)

The directions called for a minimum roof thickness of 1 1/8inch. With the current framing bars I think I had less than 1 1/2 inch, so barely enough, but I went with it and it worked fine.

One near disaster for me was after I had put on all the caulking I lowered the lowered the Roof Receiving Flange in with the wrong orientation. I realized that quickly and pulled it back out and then back in with the correct orientation. The metal clips for mounting have to be on the sides.

It was a pretty easy install, and I'm not very handy. A couple of times of setting up and putting back down because I worked on the roof with it down.

I had an LED fixture that I had bought but never used. I first put that in and it proved to be too thick and got a little squashed when putting the trailer down. There is not a lot of room between shells when down.
