Default Love our bike rack

We use this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
inspite of it's warning not to use on an RV.
we often take it off the trailer and put it on our SUV. It does that very easily. Unlock and then one wrench for one bolt that also serves to decrease wobble.
Your points:
1. We take the bikes off the rack. It does have a tilt feature so we wouldn't HAVE to in order to set up the trailer, and we have done that a few times, but it's ungainly doing the tilt feature with the bikes on there. Especially pushing them back up because of the weight. You would not be able to set up the trailer with the bikes in normal configuration. You would at least have to tilt. In normal configuration, it holds the bikes up high. We like that because there is no worries we will scrape going over a bump, etc. that was a fear on the last rack we had. We actually did hit the bikes on the ground a couple of times with the old rack.
2. Great Stability with the bike rack.
3 Great security. Bike rack locks to the hitch, and another lock keeps the bikes on the rack. same key for both.
4. see above. you would have to tilt the rack.
5. see above
6. No platform - It's pretty heavy by itself. Adding two bikes probably takes us to the limit for the trailer hitch.
7. corrosion resistance - great
8. I would think so.
